Dress up/role play closet |

The baby role play area |
We had toys in both the play room and
living area.
This gave us a headache when it came time
to pick up, especially at quiet time. |
All toys are kept in the play room.
No toys are allowed in the living area
unless it is a game or puzzle.
The living (TV) area is used for quiet
time. |

Block/Lego Table &
Storage shelf
On the right of the picture you can see
part of a cabinet. This is where all of our games & puzzles are
now kept.
It replaces the old white plastic shelf
you see on the left. |

the room.
You can see the eating & computer

The Infant/Toddler/Isolation Room
|
This room is mainly for infants and
toddlers now. We cleared out the toddler beds and added a play area.
We added a couch for an older child if
they needed isolated due to illness. |
|

This was one of the old windows.
Yuck! |

This is one our new awesome energy
efficient windows! |

This is our new parent information &
learning center.
(The door has been painted since) |
The bulletin board contains newspaper
clippings, menus & the calendar.
The door displays useful information for
our parents and at the top displays the days of the week & weather
tracker.
|
| My husband installed the new
windows himself. We bought them at Lowes. The the vinyl siding
company "wrapped" the outside of the windows.
Jeremy Fox out of Holton, KS did our
vinyl siding & guttering. I was so impressed with the job he did
I wanted to post some more pictures of his work. He went beyond
what was expected & I would highly recommend him to anyone.
To make the house look complete, I will be painting the
bricks along the bottom, steps and doors the same color green as he
used. We have also purchased and installed a new outside light and
are looking for a new mailbox. |
